We're looking for a dependable and organized General Office Assistant to join a busy office team. What you'll do:

• Answer phones and greet customers in a professional manner
• Perform data entry and maintain office records
• Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
• Support office staff with administrative tasks
• Respond to emails and help coordinate daily office activities
• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment

What you need:

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Dependable attendance and professional demeanor

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $14.00 per hour
• Days/hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
