Maintenance Technician

Located in Bridgewater, NJ

Salary: $18-20/hr

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for an immediate hire opportunity in Bridgewater, NJ! If you are looking to continue your career within a maintenance position, utilizing handyman experience and more, this is the ideal chance for you!

 

Schedule:

• 8:30am - 4:00pm

• $18-20/hr

 

Responsibilities:

• Removal of garbage from facilities, and customer's homes
• Provide excellent customer service while handling removal of waste from fire/water damage
• General facilities maintenance with use of hand/power tools 

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2+ years prior hands-on apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Prior painting, minor plumbing & electrical wiring skills, carpentry, dry wall, cleaning skills needed; HVAC a plus or willing to train
• Minimum High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
• CLEAN BACKGROUND Required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Hand/power tools normally used in construction, and facilities maintenance
