Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Class A CDL Driver for a growing industrial supply company in the South Fort Worth area! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a dependable, safety-focused driver who enjoys local deliveries, operating equipment, and being part of a team.

Pay

$24-$25/hr

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM until route completion (approximately 4:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A CDL truck to deliver materials, equipment, and supplies to customer locations.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload cargo while following DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Operate a sit-down forklift and rough-terrain/off-road forklift to safely load and unload your truck (training available for rough-terrain forklift if needed).
• Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipping paperwork, and electronic documentation.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and customers.
• Report vehicle maintenance concerns, delays, or safety issues promptly.
• Assist with warehouse and yard duties when deliveries are complete.
• Represent the company professionally while providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Clean driving record meeting company and insurance requirements
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift
• Rough-terrain/off-road forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
