Industrial Maintenance Technician – Weekend Shift

Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience
Bonus: Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!

Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for a long weekend shift with a great work-life balance? We are seeking a dependable and motivated maintenance professional to join our team in Newport, TN. This is an excellent opportunity to work just three days a week while receiving pay for a full 40-hour week.

Job Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
Install, maintain, and repair machinery and production equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Perform routine inspections and document maintenance activities.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, bearings, and gearboxes.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
