Personal Property Inventory Specialist

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Property Inventory Specialist for a project in Lexington, KY.

This position is ideal for an organized, dependable individual who enjoys working independently and has a strong eye for detail. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive inventory of high-value personal property and creating a detailed asset log for insurance documentation purposes.

Important: This role does not involve appraising or assigning values to items. The primary responsibility is accurately documenting and organizing inventory information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a detailed inventory of personal property at a private residence.
• Record item descriptions, brands, model numbers, serial numbers, and other identifying information.
• Photograph items as needed to support inventory records.
• Create and maintain organized inventory logs in Excel or other designated formats.
• Ensure all information is complete, accurate, and suitable for insurance reporting.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous inventory, administrative, data entry, auditing, or asset tracking experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage a large volume of information accurately.
• Professional demeanor and respect for client confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
