We're seeking an experienced Restoration Operations Manager to lead emergency restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage. This is an excellent opportunity for a restoration professional who enjoys leading teams, managing projects from start to finish, and delivering exceptional customer service during challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial restoration projects from initial emergency response through completion

• Conduct property inspections to determine the scope of damage and develop mitigation plans

• Schedule, supervise, and support restoration technicians and field crews

• Monitor project timelines, quality, safety, and profitability

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, including moisture readings, photographs, sketches, and daily job notes

• Review estimates, work authorizations, and project documentation

• Communicate regularly with homeowners, business owners, insurance adjusters, and property managers

• Coordinate project handoffs with reconstruction teams

• Maintain restoration equipment, vehicles, and inventory

• Train, mentor, and develop restoration technicians

• Participate in an after-hours emergency management rotation

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, IICRC standards, and company safety policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire, water, or mold damage restoration

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong understanding of structural drying, water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and contents restoration

• Experience with Xactimate, DASH, MICA, or similar restoration software is a plus

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check

Preferred Certifications

• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)

• Applied Structural Drying (ASD)

• Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)

• Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

• Comfortable working in environments affected by water, smoke, mold, or fire damage

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
