Temp-to-Hire – 1st Shift

JOB SUMMARY
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Facilities Associate for a manufacturing facility in Saint Peters. This role keeps the plant clean, safe, and running smoothly through daily upkeep, painting, and facility support. Great fit for someone with a handyman or apartment maintenance background who takes pride in a well-kept space. Immediate need, weekly pay.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clean and maintain production floors, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces throughout the facility
• Perform painting and touch-up work as needed
• Support 6S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain, safety) activities across the plant
• Assist with general facility upkeep and repairs
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to keep operations running efficiently
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional environment at all times
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to plant leadership

REQUIREMENTS
• Handyman-type experience required; apartment maintenance experience a plus
• Comfortable with painting, cleaning, and light repair work
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a full shift
• Reliable and safety-minded
• Steel-toe boots required

SCHEDULE & PAY
1st Shift. Pay starts at $18.50/hr. Express pays weekly.
