A leading creative packaging and display manufacturer in Pico Rivera is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join its accounting team. In this role, you'll process customer invoices, maintain vendor records, and support daily accounting operations while ensuring accuracy and timely billing. Billing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Review invoices for proper backup documentation and approvals before processing.
• Process customer invoices accurately and on a daily basis.
• Upload customer invoices through required customer portals.
• Set up approved vendors in the Accounts Payable system.
• Maintain vendor files, including W-9s and Certificates of Insurance.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Support the Staff Accountant with passthrough vendor invoices and ACH payment postings.
• Assist with EDI invoicing for passthrough programs using SPS.
• Help with month-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting records in accordance with company policies.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Billing Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field required.
• Previous billing, accounting, or accounts payable experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/accounting software experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
