Now hiring for a Parts Manager! The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing all dealership parts operations to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient inventory management, and departmental profitability. This role maintains optimal inventory levels to support both retail and internal customers while providing timely and accurate parts support to the service department.

The Parts Manager leads the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards. This position is responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, developing, and evaluating parts department employees to build a high-performing team focused on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of dealership parts operations.
• Maintain profitable inventory levels while minimizing obsolescence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Support the service department with timely and accurate parts availability.
• Monitor departmental performance, sales, gross profit, and inventory metrics.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate parts department staff.
• Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused team environment.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of automotive parts experience required.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, and dealership operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team, solve problems, and achieve departmental goals.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and computer applications is preferred.
