Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Summary

The Production Associate is responsible for measuring, cutting, assembling, and preparing wood products in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, accurate measuring skills, and the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and nail guns. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Must pass a measuring quiz
• Steel toe boots required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work throughout an 8-hour shift
• Comfortable working in a woodworking/manufacturing environment
• Previous woodworking, manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and transportation

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut wood materials to specified dimensions
• Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and nail guns
• Follow work instructions and production specifications
• Verify measurements and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned
