Express Employment is currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for a Realty Company in Louisville, KY. If you have a Certification in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical this is the job for you. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

1. • Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and fire-safety systems. 
   • Diagnose and repair HVAC components (motors, capacitors, thermostats, contactors).
   • Troubleshoot electrical issues: breakers, lighting, receptacles, motors, VFDs. 
   • Repair plumbing fixtures: faucets, valves, drains, toilets, water heaters. 
   • Complete carpentry tasks: drywall patching, door adjustments, window repairs. 

   Safety & Compliance

   • Maintain fire alarms, smoke detectors, emergency lighting, and exit signs. 
   • Ensure operations meet OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and local building code requirements. 
   • Perform refrigerant handling per EPA 608 regulations.
