We are seeking a dependable Mixer Operator to prepare production batches accurately while following food safety and quality standards. This is a critical role requiring strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Lift and continuously dump 50 lb. flour bags into mixing vats.
• Read and follow SOPs (English reading preferred; training provided).
• Perform basic math calculations for batch formulas.
• Maintain accuracy to prevent contamination or formulation errors.
• Climb stairs and work on elevated platforms (PG1 mixers).
• Maintain excellent attendance; occasional weekends required
• Assist with production tasks as needed, including:
  • Supporting deposit area (Rhein line)
  • Loading/unloading molds
  • Moving racks
  • Placing dough
  • Break/lunch coverage
  • General cleanup and other production support duties

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11pm-2am start time/must be flexible especially on Saturday's
