Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented FSQA Technician to support our Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs within a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on QA experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production setting.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality and food safety inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
• Complete documentation, audits, and quality records accurately.
• Support investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate quality concerns and issues to production and management teams.
• Assist with maintaining compliance with company and regulatory food safety requirements.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA Technician role, preferably within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent attendance and reliability required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including up to 12-hour shifts when covering vacations, absences, or business needs.
• Willingness to occasionally work weekends as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

 

Allergen Awareness: This position involves exposure to common baking ingredients including: tree nuts, sesame, flour, sugar, baking soda, and other food ingredients 

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (flexibility required to cover + Saturday's)
