Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Specialist to support daily business operations for one of our valued clients. This temporary role is ideal for someone who enjoys process improvement, problem-solving, and working across multiple departments to support operational success.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and coordinate daily operational activities
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
• Maintain and update operational procedures and documentation
• Support project planning and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and operational reports
• Complete mail runs to the post office and local FedEx office as needed
• Identify operational risks and recommend solutions
• Provide support and training on operational procedures
• Serve as a point of contact for operational questions and concerns
