Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Temporary Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and improving day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards. This role works cross-functionally with various departments to streamline processes, analyze operational data, resolve issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
• Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and increased productivity.
• Develop, maintain, and update operational policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Support project planning, execution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and operational documentation.
• Mail runs to post office and local FedEx office as needed.
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to team members on operational procedures and best practices.
• Serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries and process-related concerns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
• Professional certifications related to operations, project management, or process improvement are a plus.
