Maintenance Technician Needed!

 

An apartment complex in South Fort Worth is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team!

 

Maintenance Technician Shift: Monday to Friday 8a-4p

 

Maintenance Technician Pay: $22-25/hr

 

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive in-unit maintenance inspections
• Repair and maintain appropriate plumbing and HVAC
• Maintain safe and aesthetically pleasing external property grounds

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Proficient with basic hand tools and computer software
• Previous experience with apartment maintenance
• Certified OSHA, EPA, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical certifications are preferred but not required
