What You'll Do

As a Seasonal Grain Elevator Worker, your responsibilities may include:

Load and unload grain from railcars and trucks.
Assist with grain receiving, handling, and storage operations.
Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe facility.
Complete basic maintenance tasks as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Work collaboratively with the operations team to keep harvest running efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates should:

Have a high school diploma or GED.
Be committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
Be willing to work overtime and weekends during peak harvest season.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
Lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
Climb stairs and ladders.
Work from heights and in confined spaces.
Bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and outdoor environments.
