Job Title: Production Line Associate – Capping, Labeling & Boxing

Job Summary:
The Production Line Associate is responsible for supporting the packaging process by ensuring products are properly capped, labeled, and boxed according to company quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive attitude to assist with other production tasks when the line is slow or temporarily down.

Key Responsibilities

• Cap products accurately and securely on the production line.

• Apply labels correctly and verify product information for accuracy.

• Pack finished products into boxes according to packaging specifications.

• Twist and secure caps by hand as required.

• Lift, stack, and move boxes throughout the production area.

• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Assist with line setup, cleanup, and other production duties as needed.

• Remain productive by completing additional tasks during line downtime.

Education Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry boxes (up to 50 lbs., or adjust to your company standard).

• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and moving boxes.

• Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment.

• Production conveyor line.

• Capping equipment.

• Labeling machines.

• Boxing and packaging equipment.

• Pallet jacks or hand carts (if applicable).

• Basic hand tools and quality inspection equipment.
