Job Title: Production Line Associate – Capping, Labeling & Boxing
Job Summary:The Production Line Associate is responsible for supporting the packaging process by ensuring products are properly capped, labeled, and boxed according to company quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive attitude to assist with other production tasks when the line is slow or temporarily down.
Cap products accurately and securely on the production line.
Apply labels correctly and verify product information for accuracy.
Pack finished products into boxes according to packaging specifications.
Twist and secure caps by hand as required.
Lift, stack, and move boxes throughout the production area.
Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Assist with line setup, cleanup, and other production duties as needed.
Remain productive by completing additional tasks during line downtime.
Consistently produce quality work with minimal errors.
Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
Demonstrate initiative by staying productive during slow periods.
Support team productivity and meet daily production goals.
Strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
Experience working on a packaging or assembly line is a plus.

Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Frequent twisting and repetitive hand movements.
Ability to lift and carry boxes (up to 50 lbs., or adjust to your company standard).
Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and moving boxes.
Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
Production conveyor line.
Capping equipment.
Labeling machines.
Boxing and packaging equipment.
Pallet jacks or hand carts (if applicable).
Basic hand tools and quality inspection equipment.
