Location: Hendersonville/Fletcher area
Pay: $20 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire
Regular Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Overtime: Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., as requested by the supervisor and announced in advance

A local manufacturing company is hiring a dependable Press Operator. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a four-day regular workweek and the potential for Friday overtime.

The Press Operator will operate compression presses, follow manufacturing instructions, and inspect completed products for quality.

Responsibilities:

Operate compression presses to mold parts
Read and follow written manufacturing instructions
Produce parts according to company specifications
Perform quality checks on completed products
Lift and move boxes of parts weighing up to 40 pounds
Keep the work area clean and organized
Follow all safety and production procedures
Work independently while also supporting the production team

Dependable with strong attendance
Willing and able to learn the press operation process
Comfortable standing for a 10-hour shift
Able to lift up to 40 pounds
Able to read and follow detailed instructions
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a dependable commute to the Hendersonville/Fletcher area
Available to work Friday overtime when requested
