Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Industrial Painter / Blaster for a growing manufacturing facility. If you have experience with industrial painting, surface preparation, or media blasting and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer.
• Operate media blasting equipment for surface preparation.
• Mix and apply industrial paints and coatings using spray equipment.
• Follow work orders and specifications to ensure quality finishes.
• Inspect painted surfaces and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Clean and maintain paint equipment and work areas.
• Measure, label, and organize completed parts for shipping.
• Maintain production records and monitor paint inventory.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly wear required PPE.
• Support production goals and assist in other areas as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial or structural painting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with spray painting equipment, paint mixing, and surface preparation.
• Ability to read work orders, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
