Express Employment Professionals of Longview is now hiring a Manual Pin Operator to work with raw materials (e.g. stainless steel, alloys and titanium), manufactured components and subassemblies to produce a completed small parts for the medical field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for cutting raw materials to specifications.
Apply trocar points to pin sizes with minimal scrap.
Utilize scale, optical comparator, and calipers to confirm accuracy of daily work.
Utilize Lathe, ultrasonic cleaner, polisher and packaging to produce a finished product.
Utilize grinding equipment by loading, grinding and unloading machines while minimizing scrap rates.
Operate various equipment to produce pins and wires to meet required production output and company goals.
Check for quality flaws with raw materials and finished products. (Ability to detect with the eyes for the quality of parts and materials used in production.
Inventory parts and tools used in the assembly or production process.
Test finished products for defects.
Maintain tools used to create products in good working order.
Hours are 6:30am - 3:00pm must be able to work until 5pm for overtime as needed with a 30 minute lunch Monday-Friday, $16.00 per hour.
