Rock Slab Assistant (Full-Time, Long-Term)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Rock Slab Assistant for a full-time, long-term position. This role is responsible for receiving and processing stone slabs, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting production operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and unload rock slabs from delivery trucks.
Inspect slabs for quality and accuracy upon arrival.
Scan and enter slab information into the company database.
Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking systems.
Safely move slabs to designated production or storage areas using appropriate equipment.
Assist with organizing and maintaining the slab yard and production areas.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Work closely with the production team to ensure materials are available as needed.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills for database entry and inventory tracking.
Ability to safely handle heavy materials and operate equipment (training provided if needed).
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Forklift or material-handling experience is a plus.
