Blow Molding and Extrusion | Openings on All Three Shifts

Mechanically inclined operators wanted. You must have your own tools.

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Plastic Manufacturing Machine Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings. These positions support blow molding, extrusion, and plastic bottle production.

Operators will monitor equipment, make adjustments, inspect finished products, and handle basic mechanical problems. This role requires more mechanical ability than a standard load-and-unload machine operator position.

What You Will Do

• Start, monitor, and operate plastic production machinery
• Support blow molding, extrusion, or related manufacturing processes
• Complete machine adjustments and basic setup tasks
• Inspect finished products for shape, consistency, defects, and quality
• Respond to jams and minor equipment problems
• Complete changeovers and production setup work as trained
• Track production counts, scrap, and quality information
• Maintain materials and keep the production area organized
• Report mechanical problems requiring maintenance support
• Follow machine safety and quality procedures

What We Are Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Previous machine operation or plastic manufacturing experience is preferred
• Ability to make basic equipment adjustments
• Ability to use hand tools safely and correctly
• Dependable attendance and attention to product quality
• Ability to work in a continuous manufacturing environment
• Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

Own Tools Are Required

Candidates must have a personal set of basic hand tools suitable for machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting.
