Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Location: On-site

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to support daily office operations and provide excellent service to clients, members, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has strong administrative and customer service skills.

The Administrator will be responsible for handling a variety of office, data entry, and customer support functions while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Provide professional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and electronic files.
  • Process documents, forms, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, document management, and record retention.
  • Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and administrative materials.
  • Support department operations and special projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and distributing documents.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience working in benefits administration, healthcare, insurance, union trust funds, or professional services environments is a plus.
