Pay and Hours for Customer Service Rep:

• $18 - $20/hour
• 8 am - 5 pm
• Monday - Friday 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
• Support retail sales operations and process customer transactions as needed

Requirements of the Customer Service Rep

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience required
• Proficient with basic computer programs and data entry
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
