What You'll Be Doing

• Assist skilled trades with daily construction tasks
• Load, unload, and move building materials throughout the job site
• Perform site clean-up and keep work areas safe and organized
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Dig, shovel, and perform other general labor duties as needed
• Assist with demolition, framing, material staging, and project setup
• Follow all safety procedures and support the crew wherever needed
