Location: Madison Area
Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays: 6:30 AM–12:00 PM, as needed

This is a dynamic role that combines customer service, business development, and marketing. You'll help build lasting customer relationships, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth of a well-established local business.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and responding to customer emails.
• Assist walk-in customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Prepare customer quotes, service agreements, and recycling contracts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts.
• Travel throughout the service area to conduct customer visits, site assessments, and relationship-building activities.
• Prospect for new business opportunities and perform customer outreach.
• Assist with creating promotional and marketing materials.
• Support additional administrative and marketing projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, marketing, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable building relationships with customers and business partners.
• Organized with excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
