Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and assess client goals, risk tolerance, and financial needs
• Develop customized wealth management strategies, including retirement, investment, tax-efficient, estate, and risk management planning
• Analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance
• Assist with portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment research, and manager selection
• Monitor client portfolios and provide recommendations based on changing conditions and objectives
• Present financial plans and investment recommendations in a clear, professional manner
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Collaborate with accountants, attorneys, and other advisors to provide comprehensive financial solutions
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and professional standards
• Support business development efforts through networking and referrals
• Stay current on financial planning trends, investment strategies, and market developments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• CFP®, CFA®, CFA Candidate, or willingness to pursue professional certification strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory, asset management, or related financial services
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, asset allocation, capital markets, and investment analysis
• Knowledge of retirement, tax, insurance, and estate planning concepts
• Experience with financial planning and portfolio management software preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with clients

Preferred Qualifications

• CFP® or CFA® designation
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families
• Knowledge of investment research, fixed income analysis, portfolio construction, and due diligence
• Series 65 license or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
