We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Full-Time Cleaner to join our team!

Pay:

• $20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare vacant residential units for new occupants
• Clean and maintain five office locations
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Restock cleaning supplies as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns
• Ensure all work is completed to company cleanliness standards

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the day
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred
