Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
On-Site | Mills River, NC

We are looking for an experienced Parts Counter Sales Representative to join a growing team in Mills River. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity. This position works closely with shop and field technicians while assisting customers at the parts counter and over the phone.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service to shop technicians, field technicians, and walk-in customers.
• Identify and locate the correct parts using parts catalogs and computer systems.
• Process parts orders for phone and counter sales.
• Answer incoming calls from internal and external customers.
• Locate, source, and order parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts department.
• Build and maintain product knowledge to better serve customers.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of parts sales and/or parts counter experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and other office equipment.
• Knowledge of receiving, storing, and issuing parts is preferred.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive computer use.
• Comfortable working in a parts department environment.
