Quality Inspector & Electronics Tester

Location: Madison, WI (East Side)
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift

About the Opportunity

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Quality Inspector & Electronics Tester for a growing electronics manufacturer in Madison. In this role, you'll be responsible for testing and inspecting assembled electronic products to ensure they meet quality standards before they are shipped to customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys troubleshooting and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Job Responsibilities

Test assembled electronic products to verify proper functionality.
Inspect finished assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
Identify defects and document inspection results.
Troubleshoot equipment and products to help determine the cause of issues.
Follow testing procedures and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to take direction and respond well to constructive feedback.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to follow written instructions and testing procedures.
Previous quality inspection or electronics manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
