Residential Painter / Construction Laborer

Job Title: Residential Painter / Construction Laborer
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay: DOE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Residential Painter to join our team. This position primarily focuses on residential painting projects but also offers the opportunity to assist with a variety of general construction tasks as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is willing to learn and grow within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, masking, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Repair minor drywall imperfections, patch holes, and caulk surfaces before painting.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Assist with general construction tasks, including demolition, framing support, finish work, and site cleanup.
• Load, unload, and transport tools and materials.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

• Previous residential painting experience preferred.
• Construction experience is a plus, and a willingness to assist with other trades is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Comfortable working on ladders and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
