About the Opportunity

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Inside Sales Associate for a growing HVAC supply company in Madison, WI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find the products they need.

You'll work directly with business customers, process orders, answer product questions, and help ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. If you're organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to business-to-business (B2B) customers.
• Assist customers with HVAC product selection and answer product-related questions.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter orders into the company system and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate product fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
• Use Microsoft Office and internal software to manage customer information and orders.
• Support the sales team and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn HVAC products and industry terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
