Salary: Up to $180,000 + Bonus

Now hiring a production manager in Mayville! As the plant manager, you will be responsible for two locations – both in Mayville. These two plants make up about 1/6 of the overall company. Previous automotive and job shop experience is required. 

Pay: Up to $180,000/year + 7.5% annual bonus

Ideal experience:

• Automotive and job shop experience
• Metal fabrication
• Interviewing, training and hiring experience
• Ability to cultivate relationships with a wide variety of people
• Fosters the development of a common vision for the department
• Understands and clearly communications the organization’s strategic plans and initiatives
