Administrative Assistant

Springfield, OH | Part-Time (20 Hours Per Week)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a small business environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in keeping things organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Verify employee timecards and enter payroll hours into QuickBooks
  • Enter and maintain invoice information
  • Assist the Sales Team with preparing sales quotes and customer documentation
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, office, or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
