Production / Assembly Associate

Location: Manufacturing Facility

Pay Rate: $17.25 – $18.25 / hour (Depending on shift and experience)

Shift Options:

  • 1st Shift: Day Hours (Monday – Friday)

  • 2nd Shift: Evening/Night Hours (Monday – Friday)

    (Overtime may be required based on production needs)

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production / Assembly Associates to join our team! In this hands-on role, you will assemble components, operate basic manufacturing equipment, and perform quality checks to support our daily production goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Assembly & Production: Perform various hands-on production duties, including component assembly, material fabrication, and operating manual or automated equipment.

  • Quality Control: Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure high standards and identify any defect or non-conformance.

  • Material Handling & Operations: Package, stack, and move materials or finished products safely through the facility.

  • Reporting & Data Entry: Accurately log production outputs and use basic computerized tools for work orders and updates.

  • Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to facility standard operations (5S).

  • Team Operations: Participate in continuous improvement, problem-solving, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment preferred.

  • Safety Gear: Steel-toe boots required. (All additional required PPE provided).

  • Reliability: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and commitment to working safely.

  • Physical & Operational Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and keep up with production workflows.

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions, production specifications, and basic diagrams.

  • Basic math and measuring skills for quality checks and record-keeping.

  • Good manual dexterity and comfort using basic hand tools or equipment.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
