* Direct Hire paying $75k + - Negotiable

* M-F 8am - 5pm

 

* Seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in accounting and/or finance and 5+ years of experience in a progressive finance and/or accounting department. 

 

* Responsibilities will include overseeing the organizations daily accounting operation for a multi-company organization.  Overseeing the organizations billing, AR, AP, payroll, cash flow management and general ledger functions.  The Controller will be responsible for hiring and training accounting and finance staff.  Will also review work and transactions completed by accounting staff.  Review and approve sensitive bank transactions, creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and accounting reporting.  Ensure tax filings are completed accurately and timely.  Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting. Review and mange budgets and investigate variances that may arise.  Assist with inventory management and control and make recommendations to improve inventory control processes and procedures.
