Position: MIG/TIG/Stick Welder Location: Near DeKalb, IL Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Job Summary

Our client, a small manufacturing company near DeKalb, IL, is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join their team. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with a stable work schedule and a great team environment.

Welding Breakdown90% MIG Welding10% TIG Welding Occasional Stick Welding Responsibilities Perform high-quality MIG welding on steel components. Complete TIG welding projects as needed. Perform occasional stick welding. Read and interpret blueprints and work orders. Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met .Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures. Qualifications Previous MIG welding experience required.

TIG welding experience preferred. Stick welding experience is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Compensation & Benefits$25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time, first-shift schedule.
