Position Summary

We are seeking a IT - System Analyst II to support our enterprise Oracle Data Warehouse environment. This role is primarily focused on production support (70%) with the remaining time dedicated to system enhancements, projects, and process improvements. The ideal candidate has advanced SQL skills, strong data warehousing experience, and the ability to lead offshore technical teams while partnering with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for the Oracle Global Data Warehouse, resolving complex technical issues.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Support data warehousing, ETL processes, and data security initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate offshore technical teams, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate enhancements with stakeholders.
• Support system upgrades, deployments, integrations, and change management.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimization improvements.
• Maintain application security and support cybersecurity initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and maintain technical documentation.
• Support reporting solutions across Oracle, Hyperion, SQL Server, and Power BI.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Advanced SQL skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Data Warehousing
  • ETL processes
  • Data Security
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work independently.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• U.S. work authorization required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise Data Warehouse environments.
• Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle ERP modules.
• Oracle R12 (12.2), Oracle 19c, PL/SQL, and Linux experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC, database performance tuning, and stored procedures.
• Experience with Hyperion, SQL Server, and Power BI.
• Strong project coordination and leadership skills.
