A local financial institution is seeking a friendly and professional Member Experience Associate (MEA) to provide exceptional service to members while assisting with account inquiries, financial transactions, and everyday banking needs. Key Responsibilities
Greet members and provide exceptional customer service
Assist with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking services
Open new accounts and explain products and services
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other account transactions
Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services
Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Resolve member concerns in a professional and timely manner
Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
Previous customer service, banking, retail, or financial institution experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer and data entry skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous cash handling experience preferred
