🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:

🎨 Prepare, clean, mask, and hang parts for painting or powder coating
🎨 Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment
🎨 Operate curing ovens and monitor coating processes
🎨 Inspect finished products to ensure top-quality standards
🎨 Safely move materials using forklifts, hoists, pallet jacks, and other equipment
🎨 Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area

✅ We're Looking For:

✔ 2+ years of industrial painting, powder coating, or finishing experience
✔ Experience with industrial coating equipment and curing ovens
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
✔ Forklift, crane, or hoist experience is a plus
✔ Willing to work mandatory overtime as needed
