Job Summary

A local pest solutions company is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position is responsible for handling incoming customer calls, scheduling service appointments, answering questions, and providing excellent customer support in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and service requests
Schedule and coordinate pest control service appointments
Enter and update customer information accurately in the system
Process payments and maintain customer records
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Communicate with technicians regarding schedules and customer needs
Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude
Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Previous office experience preferred
