Responsibilities

• Perform general building and facility maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
• Complete carpentry repairs and building improvements.
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair small motors and mechanical equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Respond to maintenance requests and equipment issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or commercial building maintenance required.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and small motor repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Requirements
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and up to 13-hour shifts as needed.
