Our Client in Salisbury MA is looking for an Office assistant to help coordinate bid proposals to their customers. Must be proficient with Microsoft office.

Pay range $20-$27 depending on experience

 

Prior experience working in for a building trades company is highly desirable

 

General Duties

  • Answering Telephone
  • Filing and move files over to make room for new files
  • Keep office clean and orderly
  • Perform various tasks and projects for project managers and office managers as needed

General Tasks

  • Assist with customer Bids
  • Contracts
    • Create contract folders
      • Contract, Other Important Paperwork, Pending Change Orders, Approved Change Orders, Requisitions, Pending Shop Drawings, Approved Shop drawings, Disapproved Shop drawings, Lot PO, Payroll Reports, Material Bills, Tax Exempt Certificate
