Soldering Operator

📍 Location: Tri-Cities and surrounding areas
💰 Pay: $18.00+/hr. (DOE)
🕒 Full-Time | Day Shift

🛠️ Job Duties

(Duties may vary depending on the assignment.)

🔩 Electronic Assembly

✔ Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface mount components on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
✔ Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
✔ Inspect solder joints and assemblies to ensure IPC quality standards
✔ Operate and maintain soldering equipment
✔ Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures at all times

⚙️ Manufacturing

✔ Assemble electronic components and subassemblies
✔ Perform basic quality inspections throughout production
✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
✔ Communicate defects or quality concerns to supervisors
✔ Assist with additional production tasks as needed

✅ What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable individuals who take pride in producing quality work!

✔ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
✔ 1–2 years of soldering or electronic assembly experience preferred
✔ IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification is a plus
✔ Ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions
✔ Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
✔ Comfortable working with small parts and precision tools
✔ Basic computer skills for recording production data

✅ Physical Requirements

✔ Ability to stand for extended periods
✔ Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools
✔ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
✔ Good vision to inspect fine details and assemblies
