Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of our client for a Crater (Packaging & Warehouse) position in Chilliwack, BC. Our client is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join their warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and repackaging products for shipment, ensuring orders are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Package and repackage products according to company standards.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Load, unload, and move products and materials manually or using warehouse equipment.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory counts.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Complete required documentation and quality records.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Support the warehouse team with additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or packaging experience is considered an asset.
• Experience using hand tools is an asset.
• Basic computer or ERP system knowledge is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Reliable and punctual.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, crouching, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise.
• Knowledge of safe lifting and material handling practices.
