Express Employment Professionals is current hiring for a Part Time Laundry Attendant in Centerville, OH.

Tuesday-Friday
Shift: 8am-3 or 4 Pm
Pay: $14hr plus TIPS!

Responsibilities

Laundry Processing: Sort items by color, fabric, and size. Measure and dispense industrial detergents, bleaches, and softeners based on fabric formulas.
Machine Operation: Load and unload commercial washers and dryers. Set correct washing and drying temperatures, and safely operate folding machines
Quality Control: Inspect clean items for residual stains, tears, or damage. Set aside discarded or stained items for special treatment or replacement.
Equipment Maintenance: Clean lint traps, lubricate machinery if required, and sanitize workspace surfaces. Report equipment malfunctions to management
Inventory & Stock: Track and stock laundry supplies such as detergents and laundry bags. Assist in keeping linen and storage closets organized. [1]

Requirements

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to bend, crouch, push heavy laundry carts, and lift heavy bundles of linen (typically 25 to 50 lbs or more).
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to balance multiple wash and dry cycles simultaneously to meet the demands of the business
Chemical Safety: Working knowledge of commercial laundry chemicals and safety data sheet (SDS) guidelines.
Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or commercial laundry environment is often preferred, but on-the-job training is common
