Express Employment Professionals of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking an experienced Laser / CNC Turret Operator for a metal fabrication company in Ontario, CA. This position requires hands-on experience operating CNC laser cutting machines or turret presses, including machine setup, blueprint reading, and producing metal parts to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a Bystronic laser cutting machine.
• Cut metal sheets according to blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
• Operate CNC turret presses or laser equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load programs, select materials, and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspect completed parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality.
• Monitor equipment during production and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience operating CNC turret presses or laser cutting machines is required.
• Experience setting up and running a Bystronic laser strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience cutting sheet metal to precise specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and meet production requirements.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
