We are seeking a detail-oriented Injection Mold Technician to join our manufacturing team on a day shift schedule. This position is responsible for operating injection molding equipment to produce high-quality micro and miniature parts while ensuring products meet precise specifications. Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate injection molding machines to manufacture micro and miniature parts
• Set up molds and load them into injection molding equipment
• Monitor machine operation to ensure consistent production quality
• Inspect finished parts to verify they meet quality standards and specifications
• Identify and report any defects or production issues
• Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to accurately inspect small, precision-manufactured parts
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Dependable work ethic and strong attendance
• Manufacturing or injection molding experience is preferred but not required

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and production facility
• Fast-paced environment with precision machinery
• Standing for extended periods while operating equipment
• Exposure to typical manufacturing conditions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when handling materials
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
