Job Summary:
Our client is looking to hire a Warehouse Driver (Non-CDL) and is responsible for safely transporting products to customers while assisting with warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and inventory control. This role requires a commitment to delivering products safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers according to scheduled routes.
• Load and unload products while ensuring proper handling 
• Verify delivery orders for accuracy and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
• Maintain delivery documentation, logs, and vehicle inspection records.
• Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations applicable to non-CDL drivers and company safety policies.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders accurately.
• Stock inventory and maintain organized warehouse storage locations.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), OSHA, and company quality standards.
• Handle products requiring temperature control according to company procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or pharmaceutical distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Basic computer skills and experience using handheld scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
• Ability to load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including refrigerated storage areas if applicable.

Work Environment

• Warehouse and delivery environment.
• Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime or weekend work as business needs require.
• Compliance with all company safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), or cold-chain handling procedures.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
