Temporary Production Data Assistant
Location: West Salem, WI
Pay: $18.00/hour
Duration: Approximately 60 days with the potential to extend up to 90 days

 

Express Employment Professionals is assisting a leading manufacturing company in West Salem in the search for a Temporary Production Data Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and would like to gain exposure to manufacturing operations and production processes.

 

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: Four 10-hour shifts OR
• Monday–Friday: Five 8-hour shifts
• Schedule to be determined based on operational needs

Responsibilities

• Collect production data throughout the manufacturing facility
• Enter, track, and maintain data in spreadsheets
• Verify information for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate effectively with Production Control, Planning & Logistics team members, supervisors, and plant leadership
• Assist with additional projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and performing data entry
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
